What is your return policy?
Items purchased from Acerparts may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, product packaging must be in its original condition. Original package contents, including manuals, CDs, registration forms and accessories must also be included. If any scratches are found on the product, or if there are missing package contents, the return will be refused.
Shipping for returns is at the expense of the buyer. Additionally, merchant and transaction fees incurred by acerparts at the time of sale will be charged back to the customer and deducted from the total refund amount owed.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most items are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Shipping times vary (depending on your location) with most packages arriving at their destination within 1-4 business days. We have two shipping locations: US orders ship from Massena, NY and Canadian orders ship from Cornwall, ON.
Note: Clients whose orders contain items out of stock can expect a processing delay of 2-3 business days.
Is it safe to pay online at acerparts.ca?

Why is there a charge on my credit card statement from JTEC DISTRIBUTION INC?
All orders processed via acerparts.ca will appear on your credit card statement as "JTECDIST" or "JTEC DISTRIBUTION". Jtec Distribution is the parent company of acerparts.ca and has been operating for over 10 years.
