I was very happy with the laptop keyboard I received. The install went very smooth. However, the U.S. vendor you initially referred me to never answered their telephone (you need to investigate this so you don’t refer customers to deadbeat vendors). Upon call back weeks later, the Canadian vendor came through with flying colors. Turns out purchasing the entire keyboard was more efficient than fumbling with individual keys and hinges. I do recommend when a customer calls needing more than 10 keys with hinges, just vector them immediately to change the entire keyboards.
